Anna Domeredzka

An expert with an over twenty five year practice in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial and business advisory, gained through work in Polish and international organizations. She specializes in managing both local and cross-border projects, supporting Clients in making strategic decisions, addressing operational and financial challenges, and creating long-term business value. She has worked on several hundred advisory and transactional assignments, including M&A, IPOs, and raising equity and debt capital.

Before founding Nevia Capital, she was a co-founder and long-standing Vice President of the Management Board at an investment banking boutique, Capital One Advisers, where she led transactional and business advisory projects for Polish and international companies and their owners. Previously, she held the position of Director for Mergers and Acquisitions at Credit Lyonnais Bank Polska Warsaw office (presently Credit Agricole Bank) and earlier worked for a significant Polish advisory firm, the EVIP Advisory Group, delivering advisory and M&A projects in key industry sectors.

Her role as a supervisory board member in a public company provided her with hands-on experience in corporate governance oversight. She has been developing her expertise through specialized courses in management, finance, corporate governance, and M&A, i.a. within the INSEAD Executive Education Program. Currently she is in the process of completing the EDBA Program at the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN), refining her skills in leadership, strategic management, macroeconomics, and finance.
