She gained her professional experience as Finance and Controlling Director, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Board Representative in FMCG, trade and distribution, and services industries, including Intermarché Group and Dynamics Development Center Ltd.
She has proven expertise in creating, integrating, and standardizing finance and controlling departments, operationalizing strategies, and reorganizing company structures to increase their value. She also has extensive experience managing projects and driving change within complex, international projects in collaboration with foreign management boards, supervisory boards, and auditors.

As part of her pro bono activities, she serves as a Board Member of the Poznań-Atlanta MBA Association, where she actively supports its development with a focus on lifelong learning initiatives.
